Subsidiary set up in Senegal in 1998 to address project management issues in the building, infrastructure and transport sectors. Its track record includes supervision of work on the Dakar Rapid Transit Bus, transport feasibility studies for CETUD (Comité Exécutif des Transports Urbains de Dakar) and project management for the new town of Diamniado.
