Ingerop strengthens its position in Germany with the acquisition of Bollinger + Fehlig Architekten
With this sixth acquisition in Germany, Ingerop strengthens its value chain in Germany by complementing its offer with architectural skills
Bollinger + Fehlig Architekten: German precision and restraint
Founded in Berlin in 2000, Bollinger + Fehlig Architekten develops a wide range of urban construction projects and designs or refurbishes residential properties, offices, laboratories, hotels and educational buildings. Its innovative and unconventional proposals address the operational challenges of construction sites whilst ensuring that clients’ deadlines and budgets are met.
Building on its experience in the construction and industrial sectors in Germany, Ingerop sought to expand its offering by incorporating expertise in functional building architecture: Bollinger + Fehlig Architekten emerged as the obvious choice.
Ingerop reports a turnover exceeding 500 million euros in 2025
With a fifth consecutive year of double-digit growth, Ingerop confirms its momentum and strengthens its position among leading engineering players in France and internationally.
Sustained growth in France and internationally
In 2025, Ingerop generated consolidated revenue of €507 million, up 11% compared with 2024. Activity remains primarily in France, accounting for more than two-thirds of total revenue. Internationally, revenue has exceeded 31% for the past three years, driven by Germany (10% of revenue), the United Kingdom (5%), South Africa (2.5%), Australia (2%) and Spain (2%). Operating income remains stable at around 5% of revenue. At the end of March 2026, the order backlog stood at €777 million, representing 17 months of activity.
“This steady growth confirms our ability to support our clients on major projects, both in France and internationally. It reflects the strength of our model and supports our development prospects.”
Ingerop is strengthening its presence and expertise in France in the fields of ports, water engineering and river management with the acquisition of Valétudes
The Group is continuing its development strategy in France with the acquisition of the engineering consultancy Valétudes, which specialises in hydraulic and environmental infrastructure. This transaction enables the Group to strengthen its position in strategic markets and to develop solutions tailored to the challenges posed by climate change.
Valétudes, a key player in river, port and environmental engineering
Founded in Valenciennes, Valétudes is recognised for its expertise in projects relating to hydraulic, river and port infrastructure, as well as the regeneration of brownfield sites. Its teams undertake project management and preliminary design work for national port, maritime and river operators, aquatic environment managers and local authorities.
Valétudes has contributed to numerous landmark projects and has already had the opportunity to collaborate with Ingérop, thereby laying the foundations for a solid and effective partnership.
The complementary nature of Ingerop and Valétudes is based on:
a natural synergy between strategic vision, comprehensive engineering and on-the-ground expertise,
a response particularly well-suited to the challenges of the North-East region, a complex and changing territory;
the creation of value that is commercial, operational and regional in nature.

Rendel Ingerop and Aspec engineering move into Adelaide
Engineering consultancies Rendel Ingerop Pty Ltd and Aspec Engineering have opened a joint office on Grenfell Street, in the heart of Adelaide’s central business district. The new Adelaide office puts Rendel Ingerop and Aspec Engineering in close contact to key clients and comes in response to several large contracts and investment in South Australian mining, infrastructure and maritime projects.
The Adelaide office will be led by Director Antonio Perez, a Chartered Professional Engineer with over 25 years’ experience. Antonio commenced his career in Sydney and later moved to Perth where he spent several years working in the mining, maritime and industrial sectors; in particular on Rio Tinto’s port expansion at Cape Lambert and BHP’s Southflank Mine
Ingerop is creating a foundation to pass on its passion for its professions, share its commitment to excellence and place people at the heart of its project to support and assist those who want a better life.
Housed by the Fondation de France, whose mission is to work directly in the field to provide solutions that closely match needs, the Ingerop Foundation intends to draw on its own network in France and internationally to offer its technical expertise and, above all, the interpersonal skills of its employees to the benefit of all.
Supporting projects that will enable everyone to find their place in a sustainable world: the vision of the Ingerop Foundation.
Olivier Poulet, President of the Ingerop Foundation, is a young retiree who worked for the Group for 20 years, notably as Regional Director for the Mediterranean and Indian Ocean. For him, as for François Lacroix, Scientific and Technical Director, and Marie-Pierre Fally, Director of Corporate Social Responsibility and Integrated Management Systems, there is a need to pool resources in the countries where Ingerop operates. Within the Group, there is genuine recognition of individual merit and supportive guidance that allows everyone to develop according to their abilities, whether technical or interpersonal. It was therefore only natural that the Foundation was created to strengthen and structure existing individual initiatives within Ingerop, enabling everyone to find their place and thrive in a sustainable world.
From Large-Scale EPR Projects to Small Modular Reactors: Ingerop is at the Heart of Tomorrow’s Nuclear Engineering
On the occasion of the World Nuclear Exhibition, the Ingerop Group reaffirmed its position as a major player in engineering for energy transition projects and presented three of its ongoing assignments.
Ingerop: A Key Player in Nuclear Engineering
Whether for EPRs, Small Modular Reactors (SMRs) or facilities related to the industry (research, fuel cycle, waste management, etc.), Ingerop supports its clients throughout the entire project lifecycle: feasibility studies, environmental and impact assessments, detailed design, client consulting services, supervision of construction, testing and commissioning. The Ingerop Group combines methodology, rigour, innovation, technical expertise and safety assurance to guarantee the performance and regulatory compliance of these installations. The ISO 19443 certification obtained by our nuclear teams since 2022, and more recently by our Scientific Calculation Department in Rueil-Malmaison, reflects this commitment.
Ingerop’s Expertise Supporting the French State’s EPR2 Plan
With its EPR2 plan, France is entering a new era for civil nuclear power. The plan aims to build six new reactors – with eight more as an option – across three sites in France: Penly (Seine-Maritime), Gravelines (Nord) and Bugey (Ain).
Less expensive and faster to build and commission, these EPR2 reactors are designed to improve the performance and safety of existing reactors while accelerating the revival of the national nuclear fleet.
In this context, Ingerop and its subsidiaries — including Actierra, a specialist in ecological issues and biodiversity protection — are supporting the design and construction of the facilities associated with these new reactors. More than 100 engineers and technicians from the Group’s nuclear infrastructure teams will be mobilised.
